ABOUT DR. AUSTIN
Understanding the Brain. Supporting the Body.
Helping People Live Vibrantly.
Dr. Austin Tchikatilov is a doctor, educator, and lifelong student of the brain-body connection.
His expertise spans chiropractic neurology, pediatric neurodevelopment, functional medicine, nutrition, movement, and human performance. Through his clinical work, educational resources, articles, podcasts, and videos, Austin helps make complex health science easier to understand — and more practical to use in everyday life.
At the center of his work is a simple belief:
When we better understand how our brains and bodies work, we can become more empowered and be active participants in our health.
Why This Work Became Personal
Austin's interest in the nervous system began long before it became his profession.
After being hospitalized as an infant, he experienced severe nervous system dysregulation as a young child. Later in life, multiple concussions as a teenage athlete led him to discover chiropractic neurology and the profound connection between the brain, nervous system, and body.
Those experiences changed the direction of his life and sparked a curiosity that continues today:
Why do some people adapt, recover, and thrive while others struggle — and what can we learn by looking at the human body as one beautiful, dynamic, interconnected system?
That question has guided much of Austin's education and professional career.

A MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO HEALTH
Before becoming a doctor, Austin spent more than eight years working as a trainer, nutritionist, and health coach, helping people improve their movement, physical performance, metabolic health, and quality of life.
He went on to become the founder of High Vibe Living Chiropractic, where his clinical work focuses on nervous system-centered care for children, adults, and families.
His work brings together his interests in brain function, neurodevelopment, nutrition, functional health, movement, rehabilitation, and performance — with a particular passion for helping families better understand the developing brain and nervous system.
Austin is also a lifelong athlete. After playing collegiate basketball, he competed professionally in pickleball and achieved a world ranking among the top 50 players. His athletic experience continues to shape his interest in movement, recovery, resilience, and human performance.

WHY DR. AUSTIN TEACHES
Better Health Starts With Better Understanding.
Austin believes people deserve access to health information they can actually understand.
That's why education has become such an important part of his work.
Through articles, free resources, podcast conversations, videos, and social content, he explores the connections between the brain, nervous system, neurodevelopment, nutrition, movement, recovery, and human performance.
His goal isn't to overwhelm people with science. It's to make that science meaningful — helping individuals and families understand more, ask better questions, and make more informed decisions about their health.
Outside of his professional work, Austin enjoys staying active, spending time in nature with his wife, and continuing what has become a lifelong pursuit of learning about the brain, cellular health, healing, and human performance.
